    What if I’m not absolutely happy with Senior Alert Station?
    Answer: If you’re not happy, we do not want you to keep it. Senior Alert Station allows you to cancel service at any time without penalty with 30 days notice. You also have the added benefit of our initial 30 day Money Back trial. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Senior Alert Station system during your first 30 days of service you simply return the Senior Alert Station and receive a full refund.

    What type of contract do I have to sign?
    Answer: There is a monitoring agreement that outlines what type of medical alert services will provide. You may cancel at anytime upon 30 days notice.

    Does the system work anywhere in the United States?
    Answer: Yes!

    What are my billing options?
    Answer: You can choose to pay Senior Alert Station monthly, quarterly, or annually for service.

    Senior Alert Station accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

    Electronic Funds Transfer (Using echeck) is also available for your convenience.

    Is there a lot of equipment involved?
    Answer: No. Senior Alert Station medical alert is a very simple system that consists of your help button and emergency console.

    Can my Senior Alert Station medical alert system be moved if I move?
    Answer: Of course! Simply call customer service at ___-___-____ and let us know what your new address and phone number will be. We will send a new agreement immediately to make the appropriate changes.

    How will emergency personnel gain access to my home?
    Answer: Should we have to contact medical personnel, we will also contact any friends / neighbors / family members on your contact list that have a key to meet the medical responders and open your door.

    If you are concerned about your contact people not being there in time, we recommend ordering Senior Alert Station. The Senior Alert Station Care Specialist will provide the lock box key door combination to the responding medical personnel allowing them to gain access to your home without doing damage.

    What is the average response time?
    Answer: The average response time is 20 – 30 seconds. You will have the chance to test your system and see how quickly we respond.
    • Question:

    What system repair/replacement service is provided with the Senior Alert Station medical alert system?
    Answer: Your Senior Alert Station comes with a system repair/replacement service for as long as you stay with us. We will replace all parts at no charge to you as long as your system is used as intended.
    • Question:

    Will the Senior Alert Station help button work outside of my home?
    Answer: With a pendant range of up to 400 feet, Senior Alert Station may work immediately outside of your home. After system setup, you should test the system range throughout your dwelling and immediately outside to see where it is effective. We may not be able to communicate with you in certain locations, but when we receive your signal we will follow your predefined set of instructions.
    • Question:

    What if I lose power?
    Answer: Your Senior Alert Station system has a backup battery that maintains the system when there is a power outage. This battery is designed to last up to 32 hours in emergency conditions. Once power has been restored, the battery will self-charge.

    What if I press the help button by mistake?
    Answer: Don’t worry if you accidentally press the button. You can either press the Clear button on your Senior Alert Station console or wait for a Care Specialist to come on the line and let them know you set the system off by mistake.

    What if I am unable to speak when I press the Emergency button or help button?
    Answer: If we are unable for any reason to talk to you, a Senior Alert Station Care Specialist will contact those you have pre-selected (local EMS, neighbors, relatives — whomever you choose).

    Can I have Senior Alert Station installed at my parent’s home and have it billed to me?
    Answer: Yes. In fact, approximately 75% of our customers have this arrangement.
