When help is needed, push the waterproof emergency button which is worn around the neck or on wrist. A signal is immediately sent to the main unit and on to the Monitoring Call Center.
Our monitoring care specialist can speak to you over a two way voice intercom
Anywhere in your home.
If there is an emergency, our care specialist will send help by notifying your relative, Neighbor or local EMS.
The Central Monitoring Station is listed with, and regulated by, Underwriters' Laboratories for Protective Signaling (UL).
